Got set up through a recruitment agency. Went in for the interview at their office as scheduled. Was taken to a meeting room and the receptionist let the CEO know I was there (since it was a senior role, he was the interviewer). Later, someone needed the meeting room and, upon realizing I was there for an interview, was rudely told to wait outside in the reception area, without any regard for my position. I informed the receptionist of the incident and left, understanding the company's culture.
