Customer Service Representative
I applied to eClerx online and got shortlisted. Then, HR called me. After I passed an aptitude test, I had two interview rounds. The first was with HR, and the second was with operations. Finally, I was selected for the job.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivates your interest in the BPO sector?
Customer Service Representative
First, you'll need to reach out to the recruiter. They will then put you in touch with HR. After the HR interview, you'll have to take a versant test to check your English skills. If you pass that, you'll proceed to the operations round, which is conducted by the operations manager and is the final stage. The HR person will assess your English communication abilities because you'll be interacting with U.S. customers for a client based in the U.S. The operations manager's questions are generally similar to the HR round.
- What is your 5-year plan?
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty chill interview process, took about a week to get the offer. The recruiters were super nice and helpful throughout, making everything really easy. There were three parts: a typing test, an aptitude test, and then the HR part.
