After the on-site interview, I was ghosted. I didn't get any clear response, feedback, or updates, even after reaching out multiple times. It was a bummer because the interview itself was pretty good. I talked to several people both in person and virtually throughout the whole morning.

Had two phone interviews, one with HR and one with the hiring manager. The HR one was just basic stuff like strengths and weaknesses, nothing too hard. The other phone interview was about my previous work. Then there were in-person interviews and a 1-hour skills test. Lots of questions about my past work too. For the skills test, definitely study up! It covered a lot of ground, from digital logic and BJT transistor circuits to power electronics and some op amp stuff.

I first talked to someone at a college recruiting fair, it was pretty basic, just general school/work stuff. Then, about a month later, they flew me to Denver for the on-site. That involved a bunch of one-on-one interviews, some tests to check skills, and a 2-hour group interview where someone was really rude to me. It was a pretty awkward time.
