Customer Service Representative
I had a great interview with Jessica Whitaker. She did a great job explaining the expectations, hours, pay, career path, and benefits. I was asked good questions that let me highlight my past experience, and she set aside time at the end for my questions. I'm even more excited to join the team after my interview with her!
- Can you share an instance where you had to acquire a new skill to accomplish an objective?
Customer Service Representative
Had a Gmail meet call, they asked a few questions and mentioned notable things about the job description and title. They explained that the job is variable, how the training works, and scheduling and everything to help with the job. All my questions were answered professionally and in detail.
- Can you share an instance where you managed an upset customer without needing to escalate to a manager?
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty standard interview - they ask for a lot of specific examples. You also have to take a knowledge and personality test before applying and a skills test before the interview.
- What's a specific example of a problem you noticed at a previous job and how did you improve the situation?
