I had a basic phone screen, then a case analysis and Excel test (counting ifs, pivot tables, etc.). The third round involved a recorded submission, and the final round was a behavioral interview with three employees. The first three rounds had quick decisions, but after the final round, they said I'd hear back in a week. I followed up two weeks after that, and got a rejection 15 minutes later. It would have been nice to get that sooner without me having to ask.

It was a pretty straightforward process. The recruiter was super nice and helpful. They asked standard behavioral questions, going over my resume and past experience. It wasn't super technical, but there was a take-home assessment that included some technical questions and a "What would you do" situational essay question.

Technical Case Behavioral
So, first there was an HR interview, then an Excel test and a business case write-up. After that, there was a virtual interview with 3 questions, and then 3 behavioral interviews. The Excel test used really old software, which made it hard to show what I could do. The questions themselves were basic, just stuff like COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH. The virtual interview felt like an unnecessary step, with only 3 minutes for 3 simple questions. The HR team was responsive, but it felt like way too many steps before the actual interviews. I felt like my time was wasted, and they didn't tell me why I didn't move forward, which would have been helpful.

It was pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter chat, then a business case analysis, followed by behavioral questions, and finally meeting with different leaders on the team. All in all, it felt nice and moved quickly, and was well put together. The HR folks do a great job getting you ready for day 1 once an offer is made.
