Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eberspächer.
Intern
The interviewers were really nice and we had a casual chat at eye level. It was a good opportunity to get to know each other, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. First, the interviewers introduced themselves, and then I got to introduce myself. They also presented the role and its responsibilities.
- What are your strengths?
- Where do you see room for improvement?
- What are your expectations for your internship?
Intern
It was a group interview with other candidates. They asked about my education, some logic tests, and questions about the company and my past experiences. The process itself is straightforward, but the company's communication is lacking; they promised a response within a month but never contacted us again.
- Do you know the company?
- What is your previous experience?
IT Intern
We started with a group activity where we drew a topic and split into two teams to debate it, one for and one against. We had a bit of time to prepare our points, and then we had the debate. It was a pretty good experience overall. After that, we filled out a printed questionnaire with three sections: personal details, a logic test, and an IFP test. Finally, there was a one-on-one interview.
- Can you share your experiences?
- What makes you want to join this company?
- What is your university schedule like?
