R&D Engineer
Started with a phone call with the R&D manager. Then, an interview with the R&D manager and the BE manager. They asked some technical questions, and we did a tour of the factory. A final phone call to discuss salary. Accepted the offer.

Logistics Specialist
It was a 30-40 minute chat. At first, they spent 5-10 minutes debunking company rumors. Then, they started talking about a role I hadn't applied for. After clarifying the correct position, they asked for brief input on my experience. They promised feedback in 1-2 weeks, but didn't follow through.

PLM Solution Architect
A brief, relaxed welcome and introduction round where they touched upon my background and CV. We discussed the job and its environment, benefits, and conditions like working hours, home office, and salary. Then, we wrapped up and they set a date for their response.
- How would you mediate in a conflict of interest between your department and a client?
Intern
The interviewers were really nice and we had a casual chat at eye level. It was a good opportunity to get to know each other, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. First, the interviewers introduced themselves, and then I got to introduce myself. They also presented the role and its responsibilities.
