Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EBANX.
Intern
First, we had to take an online logic test. After that, some questions were asked to see if we aligned with the company's culture. The best candidates then moved on to a group activity. In this activity, we had to play the PC game TIS-100, which is a programming game, but there were 6 people sharing one computer. So, one person would program for 5 minutes and then switch. Meanwhile, someone from HR and someone from the department observed the team.
- Antes da dinâmica, perguntaram sobre o que você gosta de fazer, o que te fez seguir essa área e coisas do tipo.
Intern
The interview process included an initial HR chat, followed by a programming test where you could pick your language, and finally a meeting with the person who would be your manager. Everyone was really friendly, happy to answer any questions I had about the company and the internship, making it feel more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.
- Could you confirm your English proficiency?
- Is Python a programming language you are comfortable working with?
- Could you describe your past projects using Python?
Intern
The interview process had 3 stages. The first stage was technical, but not too hard. The second stage was a group dynamic, very creative and different. The recruiters were nice and made the environment comfortable. The last stage was with leaders of the desired teams, who were also nice and friendly.
- Tell me about your general behavior.
- What are your past experiences?
- What are your hobbies?
