Behavioral Presentation

There were 4 rounds. First was a phone call with HR, just standard stuff. Then I met with 2 managers who asked STAR method questions. After that, I had a session with 2 directors, focusing on situational and behavioral questions. The final round was with VPs, where I had to prepare and give a presentation on a given topic.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for this Leadership Development Program position through my university's career fair. About three weeks after applying, I was invited to a one-on-one campus interview with a recruiter. The interview lasted for an hour and mainly consisted of behavioral questions, with no technical questions being asked. The recruiter also went into detail about some experiences on my resume, asking how I completed certain tasks, my thought process behind them, and how I dealt with any difficulties.

Behavioral

The interview process was not well managed. I didn't get the interview list until the last minute. The plan changed several times. It seems like they were just going through the motions rather than actually hiring. It's been over six months, and I still haven't received any feedback or reimbursement, even after following up multiple times. I found it very insulting and it left a very negative impression of the company.
