The interview process was pretty simple, with just one exercise. It involved describing my past experiences and the technologies and projects I've worked on, along with their goals. This was for a freelance role.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a recruiter call to check if my experience was relevant. Then, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, which felt a bit awkward but consisted of standard questions. The final stage was chaotic: two interviews had less than 10 minutes notice, one person didn't show up, and another was 15 minutes late for a 30-minute segment. They explained the lateness afterward, but there was no heads-up. The recruiter was the only one who apologized properly. It seems like they only put in effort for top candidates, and maybe I wasn't one, so they didn't bother confirming interviews properly. Good luck to whoever gets the job, I hope the work culture is better than this interview process suggests, as it's really put me off the company. If you have a job already, only apply if you're a perfect match on paper or get headhunted, otherwise, it might not be worth the hassle.
