The interview process had two rounds. The first was a short 15-20 minute call with the hiring manager. The second round was an onsite interview with the team. I had short behavioral questions with the plant manager and the engineering manager, and they were very kind.

I would avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time. I applied in November and had 2 phone screens pretty quickly, then an in-person interview in January. Unfortunately, HR was out during my in-person, so I couldn't ask them any questions. I received a verbal offer in February and showed interest, but then I was left hanging for over 5 weeks with ignored calls. Finally, I got the official offer letter, but the salary was less than what we initially discussed. I didn't end up accepting the role because they couldn't match the salary within the range they advertised. I was told the salary range was just an 'Eaton standard' and not what they would actually pay. Also, good luck getting reimbursed for mileage to drive to the interview!

I initially connected with them at a job fair where I signed up for an initial interview. This was followed by a 30-minute phone call, after which I was scheduled for an in-person interview at their Warwick location. There, I had several 60-minute sessions with groups of two people. The first session was with two engineers, and the second was with two HR representatives. The questions were mostly typical interview queries, including hypothetical scenarios and questions about past experiences, but not very technical in nature.
