Industrial Placement Student
Initial screening call to gauge motivation and ask some "Tell me about a time" questions. If successful, you get invited to an assessment centre. This involves 3 group activities with short presentations afterward. Lunch is provided, and then selected candidates move on to competency and motivation-based interviews, which are pretty straightforward. The assessors are nice!
