You'll probably chat with HR, the people you'd be reporting to, and maybe some future teammates. The first chat could be with HR or a recruiter, mostly about your background, what you want career-wise, and if you know anything about Eaton and this finance analyst gig. Be ready to talk about your MBA classes and any projects you did. The second interview is likely with the hiring manager and maybe others from the team. Expect them to dig deeper into your financial analysis skills, if you've used financial modeling or software like Excel, and if you actually get the finance concepts. They'll probably hit you with behavioral questions too, using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to see how you solve problems and think analytically. Oh, and sometimes, there's a third round, maybe with higher-ups or to talk more about a specific project or skill.
