First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group.
Assistant Manager
I sent in my application and about a week and a half later, I got a call for a phone interview. After that went well, I was offered an in-person interview. When I went in, they asked the usual interview questions and were really nice. Then, my info was passed to the District Manager, who I met with about 4 days later. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. We talked about the company, my goals, and I answered some of his questions. Three days after that, they called to offer me the job.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
- What would you say is your best quality?
- What's your worst quality?
Restaurant Manager
First, you'll have a chat with an internal recruiter. Then, you'll meet with the district manager you'd likely be working with. After everything's done, they'll send an offer, and you'll start within a month. Since they usually train a few managers at the same time, your first day could be up to two months out.
- Can you tell us about your previous experiences?
- In what ways do you think you can contribute to our company?
Assistant Manager
I applied online for the Assistant Manager position, having previously worked as a cook at the company. I was granted an interview and went to the office in Homestead. The interview experience was professional and upbeat. All the office personnel were very pleasant and helpful whenever I needed anything.
- What is your approach to handling an upset guest?
