It was a horrible interview process. The leader is incompetent and comes off as a miserable soul. That person can rot trying to find someone to fill this position. Not for that pay and working for that useless waste of a human being.

It started with a recruiter phone screen, then I had a video interview with the hiring manager. The next step was supposed to be an in-person meeting with more of the team, but they decided not to move forward with my candidacy before that happened.

I sent in my application and about a week and a half later, I got a call for a phone interview. After that went well, I was offered an in-person interview. When I went in, they asked the usual interview questions and were really nice. Then, my info was passed to the District Manager, who I met with about 4 days later. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. We talked about the company, my goals, and I answered some of his questions. Three days after that, they called to offer me the job.

It was a really professional process, a pretty basic interview. They wanted to see if you had the experience and skills for the role, not so much if you could learn fast on the job. Started with a skype/phone interview, then there were some final round interviews.
