Manager
The process was open and I felt very comfortable. It was quick and had not many issues. I think the whole time from applying to getting a call was about 5 days. After setting up an interview I heard back within 10 days and my onboarding began soon after.
- Tell me what you know about our company.
Manager
The interview process involved 2 rounds, starting with a conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a task-based assessment. It was a pretty straightforward process, although feedback was minimal. The recruiter stayed in touch throughout. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job in the end.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Innovation Manager
It was super messy from the jump. Got an InMail from a recruiter, was told to apply, then had a discovery interview. They said I'd hear back in a week, but then... nothing. I followed up with the recruiter, and while I got a reply saying they'd be in touch, it's been three months and I've been completely ghosted. Even a basic "sorry, not successful" email would have been better.
- Were there questions about business travel focus?
