Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at easyJet.

The interview process was really well structured and straightforward. I interviewed on Friday and got the job offer the following Tuesday. The recruiter also set up quick follow-up calls with himself and the hiring manager. I had to present a data project I'd worked on and answer technical SQL and Tableau questions related to it. After that, there were soft skill questions. The interviewers were friendly and not too serious, which made me feel comfortable.
- Tell me about a project where you brought in something new. What was it, and what was the outcome?
- Describe a data project you've completed.
- Can you demonstrate your SQL skills?

The interview was about 40-50 minutes long and done through an online platform. The people interviewing me introduced themselves and their work. I was asked to share about my past work experiences and why I'm interested in this specific job. I also had to answer three questions related to the industry and holiday bookings.
- Can you tell me about your personal and work background?
Digital Analyst
This was a really long process, they really expected a lot. Each assessment brief was like a page long and the second one felt like it wasn't even needed. It took 3 interviews over 6 weeks and then another 2 weeks to get the final decision, so 8 weeks total. The first interview was just a 30-minute intro chat. The second interview was 2 hours long and involved two parts that we had to finish before the call: building a dashboard and doing some analysis. We had to present both during the interview. The third interview was 90 minutes and involved another scenario-based assessment that needed to be done beforehand, which we then presented in the interview.
- How can you ensure your findings are statistically significant?
