It was a long interview with three hiring managers. A lot of behavioral questions were asked, not really technical ones. It felt a bit stressful and pressured.

I had a quick and straightforward interview process. It started with a phone call from the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and one of their peers. I liked the whole experience, and everyone was really friendly and accommodating.

Behavioral

The interview process is long. They ask people for reference checks, and those people feel like they are interviewing for a position. They need to speak with former managers, and not everyone will get positive feedback when leaving a position for a new one. The company did a phone interview with HR, then they called the candidate in for a one-on-one interview with a manager, and then they called the candidate back for another interview with a different manager. They should do all the interviews at once instead of having people come back multiple times.
