They ghosted me! The interviews themselves were straightforward, and I felt I performed well. However, I became excessively nervous during the final interview, which I suspect led to their decision. They never contacted me again, which was disappointing. I dedicated weeks to preparing for these interviews, and I wish they were more understanding of interview anxiety, not expecting perfection. My nervousness in one interview doesn't reflect my ability to perform the job.

I made it to the senior technical round. They wanted me to code up a given algorithm. I managed to provide a solution, and they seemed pleased, even though I ran over by about 20 minutes. They let me know I didn't get the job about a week later.

This is my second time interviewing with this company in the last two years. The process has not changed. Apart from the previous tedious processes, they have added Behavioral Predictive Index and Reasoning assessments. My advice is to not waste your time keeping all hopes in the company because they will reject you at some point. Interview with them for experience or if you have all the time in the world. Reading Glassdoor questions is sufficient. My advice to the company is to not waste our valuable time. Reduce the process and make it simple and easy. If it takes 6/8 rounds for a hire/no hire decision, then it means you don't trust people or your process is not accurate.
