I had a phone screen with the in-house recruiter first, and then a panel interview over Teams. This was honestly the best interview process I've ever gone through. The recruiter Stefanie was so helpful and supportive, always keeping me updated and seeming to genuinely care, not just trying to meet a quota. Everyone on the panel interview was really friendly and genuine, making it feel relaxed, more like a nice chat than an interrogation. Everyone involved was sincere and respectful, treating me like a person, which means a lot given how draining job hunting can be. I'm really excited to start my new job tomorrow!

The interview process was pretty standard with some basic questions. I met with two managers who seemed to have a good vibe about the workplace and really hyped it up. Before the interview, the HR person in Washington sent me a personality assessment. After our interview, the manager sent me to a second assessment room. Unfortunately, their internet was down, so the manager said I'd have to do the assessment remotely. I ended up waiting around all day until the HR rep sent a rejection email. It was a really unprofessional experience with this company. The values they talked about didn't match their final actions. I also saw online reviews about bed bugs recently. Avoid this Eagleview division! It's just another call center with high turnover and bad management.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was stellar. I had one phone interview with a recruiter and then an in person interview with two managers. Both interviews were positive. In fact, my in-person interview was actually quite enjoyable. Once that was done, I met the recruiter in person and was given a tour of the office. Overall, the only headache I came across was the constant back and forth for the documents needed for my background check.
