So, I went through 3 rounds. First up was the HR chat where we talked about the tech stack and what they're looking for. Then, I had a coding assessment with 4 tasks to complete. The final round was a technical discussion, covering stuff like my past projects. It felt good, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer. They mentioned they needed someone with more experience right now.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience and the projects you've completed?
- Do you have experience with Spring?
