Principal Web Engineer
I started with a screening interview in August 2025, which went well. A few weeks later, in September 2025, I had another round with a manager. That also seemed fine, but then they mentioned interviewing other candidates and went silent. I politely checked in early October 2025, and they said they were still deciding. I waited, and they ghosted me again. I followed up one more time in December 2025, and still no response. :D I had a really good initial impression of the company and the people I spoke with, but this lack of communication after the initial stages isn't professional.

Technical Support Engineer
The interview process included technical interviews covering cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking concepts and troubleshooting, API fundamentals and debugging, Linux/Windows administration skills, and scripting/automation capabilities (Python, Bash, PowerShell). It also involved assessing customer service scenarios, problem resolution methodology, communication skills, and how to handle difficult customer interactions, along with prioritization and time management. A team fit interview assessed cultural alignment, collaboration style, adaptability and learning approach, and career goals.

Product Manager
The interview had 3 rounds. First, HR did a check to see if I was a good fit. Then, I met the hiring manager. The last round was a case study I had to prep beforehand. They barely told me about the job, I had to ask questions to figure it out. I was supposed to do the case study over the weekend. After I presented on-site, I didn't get any feedback, just a standard rejection email. It felt like they were only focused on if I fit them, not the other way around. Maybe that's their culture?
- Can you share a technical challenge you've overcome?
- Tell me about a time you experienced frustration at work.
- Could you describe a presentation that was particularly challenging?
Senior Platform Engineer
I was reached out to by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn. They were in a rush to schedule 3 interviews for the next week, spaced out over 3 days. The first was with the Director of Engineering on Oct 12th, the second with a Principal Engineer on Oct 13th, and the third with a Senior Technical Director on Oct 17th. Each interview seemed to go really well, with two even running over the scheduled time. I was feeling pretty good about it, but when I asked for an update, I was told the team was doing an internal review and decided to move on, without any real explanation. It feels like a pretty dismissive way to handle candidates, so I'd suggest avoiding them if you can to save yourself the trouble.
