First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EAB.
Data Analyst
It was a really fast process. First, I had to do an aptitude assessment, then an HR screen. After that, there was one round with two hiring managers. If I passed that, then I got the offer. The hiring managers were nice and asked a lot of behavioral questions using the STAR method.
- Can you describe an instance where you made a mistake and explain how you corrected it?
Data Analyst
I got the interview through an employee referral and the whole process took about a week. They're really quick with scheduling. If you're referred, it's pretty easy to get that first HR phone interview. I actually messed up the phone interview and didn't get the offer, maybe because I wasn't experienced enough. The first interview is basically just going over your resume and why you're interested in the job.
- What motivates you to apply for this specific role?
- Can you share an instance of a significant challenge you encountered and detail your problem-solving approach?
- Could you identify the components of your projects that necessitated the application of predictive analytic skills?
Data Analyst
They have an overview of their over and it seemed like a lot of work for the pay so did not seem like it was worth it. I had 3 members in the team that interviewed me. Prior to that, they gave an assessment and it took a long time.
- Can you walk me through the assessment you were given beforehand?
