EAB Coordinator Interview Questions
& Process

I applied with my resume and then got sent a cognitive exam. After I finished that, they called me the next week to set up a phone interview. Then, after the phone interview, I went to the EAB office for another interview. That in-office interview had two 30-minute behavioral interviews.

I had a phone interview first. Since I told them I was open to other departments, they said I'd meet with two people from Education and two from Marketing, with a possible third interview. I ended up interviewing with two Education people, then two Marketing people, and then was told I'd have a fourth interview via Skype with someone working from home. After that, I thought I was done, but I had one more interview with someone from Education. It was exhausting doing five interviews back-to-back, and I wish they'd told me there would be five upfront instead of three or four. They said they'd contact me the next week, but it took two weeks to schedule a 'check in call' where they said they liked me but needed to 'press pause while they figured things out on my end,' which was odd. After two weeks of silence, they told me I didn't get the job.

They took me through the whole interview process just to say they paused it because of the pandemic when I asked for feedback. Then later gonna repost the position. Very shady and had a extreme lack of diversity.
