I went through 3 virtual interviews. They were typically back-to-back, with directors or lead managers. The interviews were generally friendly, and they focused on assessing if I'd be a good team fit, looking for traits like good character and initiative.

After I applied, the first thing was a CCAT and Preferred Work Style assessment. About a month later, a recruiter got in touch for a 30-minute screening interview. Then, I was invited to do some virtual interviews with the team. Before those, I had to complete and send in two exercises. After that, I had 3 interviews, each 45 minutes long. I got an offer 5 days after. One of the exercises was tough because it needed Excel skills, but overall the process was pretty standard.

Technical Coding Presentation

This was a really long interview process with terrible communication. I had to do an assessment, and then do it again, but the second time it was proctored. I never saw the results of either. After the assessments and screenings, I had three Zoom interviews back-to-back. I had already spent about 8 hours on this by then. Then, I heard nothing for six weeks. Finally, I got an automated rejection email with no explanation. The last interviews had some really confusing questions designed to see how I think about solving problems. It felt biased because while there wasn't a clear 'right' answer, there clearly was one.
