Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EAB.
Account Manager
I had a Zoom interview with 3 people from the ALR account management department. Each person interviewed me for about 30 minutes. They asked general ice breaker questions and situational questions. One interviewer was in upper management, and the others were account managers.
- Why are you a good fit for this position?
Account Manager
The whole interview process spanned over 6 weeks, it consisted of 4 interviews that were done over zoom, and I also had to take a personality test and an aptitude test. The first interview was a basic screening with the recruiter. After that, I took a timed cCAT test and also a separate personality test. Finally, I had 3 more interviews with 3 different department heads or team leads.
- How do you handle staying organized when juggling multiple projects?
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with a colleague or your manager?
- Tell me about a challenging situation you encountered at work.
Account Manager
I had a virtual math and logic assessment first. Then, a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. After that, there were three 30-minute Zoom interviews. One was with the hiring manager, and another involved a Zoom proctoring of the assessment.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- What motivated you to apply to EAB and this specific role?
