First, there was a personal introduction and some questions about my family background. Then, they gave me an English newspaper article to read and explain its meaning. They also asked how I could help improve the company's efficiency, and about my favorite computer games, whether I had finished them, and the name of the avatar in the game, etc.

My interview started at 10AM, but I wasn't called from the lobby until 10:20AM. It turns out this was on purpose, because a big part of the interview was about how well I could remember details from the lobby. They asked things like what game banners were on the ceiling, what arcade games were there, where the restrooms were, and the receptionist's name. They said that being able to recall things quickly and in detail is super important for game testing.
