They started with a quick test of my Microsoft Excel skills. After that, there were two 2-hour interviews scheduled. Both interviews were conducted over Teams. Each interview had two interviewers, and they asked me questions for about 45 minutes, and then I had 15 minutes to ask them questions.

Behavioral Presentation

Got an initial email to set up a chat with the recruiter. The recruiter was super friendly and shared lots of useful info, even gave me some pointers for the next interview after saying they wanted to move forward. We chatted about pay, the work vibe, and perks, plus what to expect in the interview and what kind of questions might come up. We booked the interview for the very next day, which was a two-hour session with two different teams, each getting an hour. Everyone joined the call right on time and was really great. You've gotta do a quick 2-minute intro about your background. Then, they ask about your past experiences and situations you've handled, looking for really thorough answers. Make sure you have questions to ask them too! It really started to feel more like a chat than a formal interview, as they were open about what they're seeking in a candidate.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Can you share how you handled a situation where a customer was upset?
  • What's your strategy for addressing a team member who isn't performing up to par?
  • What makes you the best candidate for this position?
