It was 3 phone interviews and then an on-site interview. The interviews were mainly about my experience and some basic supply chain knowledge. The first round was with HR, and the other two phone screens were with a senior person and the VP. For the on-site, there were 5 people in total, but one person might have had the main say. The office is in Dallas, TX, and it's not that big.
