So I had an online video call interview with the interviewer and HR for the Malaysia branch. After I introduced myself and talked about my internship experience, they started asking questions that made me uncomfortable and lose my confidence. When I answered, they kept probing with "why you said that", making me feel stupid. The interviewer really needs to learn about ethics and respect. I wanted to tell her, "you are what you are today, because someone gave you a chance." I'm not taking it personally, but they shouldn't make candidates, especially freshers, feel so bad just because they're arrogant. The HR also emailed me for suggestions for a call interview. I replied with dates and times, but the gaps between my replies and the suggested dates were like 3-4 days. On the day itself, I waited for the call, but it didn't come. Suddenly, she called and said, "I've forgotten to see my email" and asked to reschedule for that day or the next. I told her to let E2open decide when the interview would be, and she then emailed me for a video call interview the day after. I saw this as a red flag and felt I shouldn't have wasted my time. I asked how many people they interviewed, and they said, "it's an ongoing process" and they need to fill xx positions. I found out the job ads have been up for like 5 months, with the same position posted every month. Seriously, please avoid this company if you're applying. If the interview session is this bad, I can imagine how toxic the workplace is. Thank God it wasn't face-to-face.

The process started with a phone screening by a headhunter. After a few days, I received emails regarding the interview. The process was quite fast, and there were many interview questions, but they mainly focused on my experience related to the job roles and my work ethics. It was a very good experience.

it was a one to one interview, pretty chill and no hard or technical questions. Overall, it was okay but tips : be prepared to have a lot of questions in mind or prepare of what you want to talk abt yourself.
