First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at E15 Group.
Intern
The communication was great, and they got back to me quickly with answers. The interviewers were professional but also seemed to enjoy talking with us and really wanted to learn about us. Honestly, it was the best interview I've had so far.
- Can you tell me about a recent project or task that presented a challenge, and how you tackled it?
Intern
It was a pretty average interview process with a couple of rounds. They asked some basic questions, including some technical ones where I had to analyze a graph and explain my findings. Everyone was friendly and it wasn't too difficult.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in E15?
- What are your reasons for applying to this specific role?
Intern
after I applied, there were video interviews on the company website where I could retry questions unlimited times, which felt like hirevue. these were mostly behavioral questions. a few months later, a developer emailed me to set up a second interview on teams with them and another engineer. it was only 30 minutes and mostly about my projects. about 3 weeks after that, I got an offer.
