First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at E15 Group.
Intern
It was a pretty average interview process with a couple of rounds. They asked some basic questions, including some technical ones where I had to analyze a graph and explain my findings. Everyone was friendly and it wasn't too difficult.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in E15?
- What are your reasons for applying to this specific role?

So, I went through 2 interviews first, one with the recruiter and then one with the hiring manager. After that, they gave me a case study to do. I submitted the case study but haven't heard back from the recruiter or the company since.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- Describe your behavioral traits.

I had an initial chat with the hiring manager, and then I had calls with 5 other people over a couple of weeks. Everyone on the team was really nice and made me feel comfortable.
- What kind of manager do you like working with?
- Tell me about a time you failed and what you did.
Consumer Insights Analyst
The interview process started with an impersonal HireVue system where I had to prepare and video record responses to about 10 questions. Within 2 days, I got an email for a live HireVue interview with 2 people from Consumer Insights, which was like a Skype call. They asked about my background and my first HireVue interview. Then, within a few hours, I got another email for a third live HireVue interview with two Directors at E15. This one was supposed to be more about cultural fit than tough questions. Unfortunately, I got an email saying they went with someone else with more experience. The HireVue platform was buggy and had technical issues during both live interviews, though the interviewers were understanding and had issues too. I also had to reschedule the second live interview twice because the directors were unavailable, and one time they didn't even show up. Scheduling and completing the second interview took about 4 weeks. The HR person was helpful though.
- Rate each of these skills on a scale of 1-5 based on how much experience you have.
- Tell me about a time you had to manage a project, as this job involves a lot of project management.
- You are given a case study. Must come up with a research study to collect "x-type" of information to help a client solve a problem.
