The interview process was very informal. I got an email from a recruiter, but she ghosted me twice because she couldn't manage her schedule. I was supposed to pick a time from a calendar to meet, but she didn't show up on the day. I rescheduled for two weeks later since I had already accepted another internship, and she didn't show up again.

I went above and beyond to get my foot in the door, was reached out to by a recruiter, they mentioned the next steps and the two departments they were going to set me up on calls with, I sent them the pitch deck I had created before the meeting, and was ghosted when there was every indication I was going to move forward.
