I had a call with HR, then the hiring manager. After that, there were 6 interviews back-to-back, each 45 minutes long, with people I might work with. The whole thing went pretty smoothly. They made sure to have different types of people interview me. The only part of the building I got to see was a conference room.

The interview process was mostly smooth with a friendly hiring manager during the initial stages. However, after the final interview, I was ghosted for months, and my reimbursement email went unanswered, which felt disrespectful of my time and effort. They then reposted the job with a different title and description after two months, suggesting they were unsure of their needs. If you value respect for your efforts, this company might not be the best fit.

Got referred by a friend who interned there before. Had a call with HR that went great, then an interview with a few employees. The interview was about 3 hours long. They asked a few technical questions, but only about optics, which I don't have experience with.
