Nettes Gespräch mit netten Leuten, nicht zu schwierig. Man sollte erklären, warum man sich dort bewerben möchte und warum an diesem Standort. Typische Interviewfragen gab es auch. Das Gespräch war relativ schnell vorbei.

So, first thing is you gotta apply on the bank's website or their job portal. You'll need to put in your info, a cover letter, and your resume. After that, the recruitment people look at all the applications and pick out the ones they like. Then, they'll call you or video chat with you for a quick chat. They just want to see if you can talk okay, if you're keen, and if you'd fit in. If that goes well, you get to go to an Assessment Center. It's a whole day thing with a bunch of activities and tests to see if you can solve problems, work with others, and communicate. If you ace that, you'll have a final interview with the manager and some other important folks. This is where they really dig into your experience and skills to see if you can actually do the job. Last step is the offer. If they pick you, you get the official offer letter with all the details.
