I had a four-on-one interview that lasted about an hour. The first 25 minutes were for them to ask me questions, and the last 35 minutes were for me to ask them questions. They started with a simple, 'Tell me a bit about yourself.'

Had a video conference interview with a panel of people. We talked about my past work, projects, and general resume stuff. It was pretty chill. They also asked me about a specific job duty they had in mind for the role. Plus, they threw in some questions to see what future skills I could develop with some training from the existing team.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a situation where you handled a conflict between teams and what the outcome was.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I sat down with the interviewers, they asked their questions, and I asked mine. The interview took around 25 minutes. The questions they asked seemed to really probe for trustworthiness and intellect for the position. Haven't heard anything back as their process takes a long time. I will probably have another offer by the time they make their decision.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • When working in a group, do you consider yourself a leader? Explain your reasoning.
