First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dynetics.
Intern
I met with Dynetics at an info session at my university. I was given an interview for the following day. The interview was pretty easy. It lasted approximately 30 minutes. All the questions were behavioral. The interviewer had no real structure, just went with the flow. He reviewed my resume and asked me questions about it. He was also concerned about how I would fit in with the company and asked me about how I would like Huntsville.
- What animal would you be?
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- How do you think you would fit in with the company?
Intern
I had an on-campus interview after going to a college career fair. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and about things on my resume. One strange question was when they picked a skill from my resume and asked if I actually knew that software or if I was mixing it up with something else.
- Tell me about your past experience using [programming language].
- Describe your experience with a skill listed on your resume.
- Regarding a skill on your resume, could you clarify if you have mastery or if you might be confusing it with another skill?
Intern
We had an on-campus recruiting event with interviews right there. They asked things like, "Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?" and "Can you tell me about a time when you had a technical challenge and how you responded?"
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about a technical difficulty you faced and how you handled it.
