The interview process with Dynatrace was professional and easy. I had a few interviews that included initial talks, a test, and meetings with people on the team. They wanted to see how I communicated, solved problems, and if I fit with the company's values.

A Dynatrace Recruiter reached out to me directly. I wasn't familiar with the company, but the interview process quickly showed me what amazing people, culture, and technology Dynatrace has. I spoke with the hiring manager almost immediately, along with others from the sales and engineering teams. In total, there were about 3 or 4 phone calls and one in-person interview. The process was very simple, and I didn't feel like I had to jump through hoops. It was as helpful for me as it was for the hiring manager making the hiring decision. I spoke with just the right number of people to know it would be a great fit for me.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty fast and went well with the initial phone screen and in-person interviews. The people I interacted with were helpful, nice, and professional. The big problem was never hearing back about the job offer, which I guess means I didn't get it. None of my emails got a response either. The interview was the week before July 4th, and they said I'd hear back the week after. When I didn't hear anything, I emailed the recruiter who said she'd get back to me after talking to the hiring manager, but she never did. I sent two more follow-up emails over the next few weeks, but still no reply. To this day, I haven't gotten any emails or calls saying I didn't get the job. I even asked for feedback via email and got no response. It was a very unprofessional, disappointing, and disrespectful interview experience overall.
