Technical Product Specialist
Applied on Linkedin and it was a super smooth and well-defined process, honestly one of the best I've had. It all took about a month. The recruiter reached out to set up an initial phone screen where they were really helpful and gave me the lowdown on the whole process and timeline. After that, the recruiter set up a 45-minute first-round video interview. I got feedback within a week and they asked me to schedule the final 90-minute technical video interview where I also had to demo the Dynatrace product.
- Could you answer some questions about networking?
- Do you know HTML?
- How about Javascript?
Technical Product Specialist
It was a very difficult process. The first 2 interviews were with HR and senior team members and were easy. The third round was difficult and involved technical questions and a demo of the product for 4 interviewers. I was given a week to prepare.
- Can you explain the difference between a module and a class in programming?
- What is OOP?
- How would you find a result from an array?
Technical Product Specialist
The first interview was a phone interview that was pretty standard, asking about me. The second interview was a technical phone screen covering networking, JavaScript, and Docker, which was a bit tough. The third interview was at the Detroit Office, lasting 5 hours. It included a half-hour presentation I had to give, plus various other interviews. These included more technical questions, some IQ-style questions, and personality assessments. I studied for a week for this part.
- A lot of technical questions
- asked to write out code
- SQL
