Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process started with a recruiter screening. Then, there was a behavior interview with the Hiring Manager where they asked general questions about my experience. After that, I had a 2-hour tech interview that included general computer science and React questions, plus a small algorithm task involving traversing the DOM tree. All the interviewers were really nice.

Coding Technical

The interview started with a Codility test. The email said it would have React questions (multiple choice and coding samples), but it actually had 3 tasks: a javascript algorithm challenge, a React challenge, and writing a node.js+express.js API. I had 160 minutes for all tasks. I was confused because the job description didn't mention node.js. I emailed them about the inconsistency, and they replied after a few days to just do the test and they'd give feedback if I passed. But the timer started as soon as I began, and I didn't finish. I never got any feedback. It felt unprofessional to advertise for specific skills and then send a confusing test with extra requirements.

Behavioral Technical

The whole thing took about a month. It included two 30-minute HR interviews, one 1-hour management interview, and a 2-hour tech interview. The people were really nice, but the final feedback was vague and didn't make much sense.
