I applied through LinkedIn and got a reply within 5 business days for an initial call. The recruiter was friendly and professional. Right after, I had a Zoom interview with a senior manager, mostly focusing on the technology, the product, and how great the company is. It was tough to fit so much info into a 45-minute call. Then came a technical test that's quite similar to the actual job but pretty long. After that, an "HR Interview" with a completely unprepared intern who I don't think even saw my CV. It felt like a waste of time. The final interview involved several managers and, surprisingly, a VP who was genuinely interested and very thorough.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview journey involved 5 distinct interviews. First, a chat with the recruiter to go over the job specifics, your resume, pay, and benefits, and then they'll discuss the upcoming 4 interviews. Second, a technical interview covering several topics like Linux, Kubernetes and containers, Cloud, programming, and Dynatrace. Third, an interview with the manager for a deeper dive into the role and for them to get to know you better. Fourth, an HR interview to check personality, discuss culture, mission, and other questions. Fifth, a presentation round, which is pretty common nowadays, where you'll create and present a presentation to a group. Everything was well organized and happened pretty quickly one after another. Feedback was provided after each interview, and the recruiters were excellent.
