It kicked off with a quick chat with the VP at Starbucks. Then, they brought me in for an onsite within a week. There was a technical round and a discussion round where I had to talk about my research. The final round was with the CTO. Everyone was great to talk to, except the CTO. He went on about how he improved research now before joining. The company didn't really have a footprint before. The hiring manager and others were really nice though. The office facilities are good, like SFO culture in Dallas.
