Project Manager
After a recruiter call, there was a group interview. It felt upbeat and very relaxed. They're not trying to quiz you, but rather find the best possible fit. The main challenges are response time and coordinating a start date. It can take some time, but they are transparent about it.
- How do you handle resolving issues?
- What management style do you find most effective to work with?
Project Manager
There were two interviews, and it took a whole month which felt really long, especially since they went with someone else. I asked about salary more than twice, but they were always super vague, and I really think they should be upfront about that stuff from the start. Honestly, I don't think this job would have been a good fit for me anyway. They also need to be clearer about what the job actually involves.
- Could you tell me about a negative personal trait?
Project Manager
I applied online and got a recommendation from someone who works here. The interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. They asked pretty easy, basic questions. The interviewers took turns explaining what the day-to-day job would be like and about the company.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What do you think are the most important skills for a project manager?
- Do you know anything about survey sampling, programming, or market research?
