First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dynata.
Market Research Analyst
It was a really professional and smooth process. Started with a recruiter chat, then I spoke with a manager and a director. They were really focused on primary research expertise, which was a bit of a mismatch as my background is more in secondary market research.
- What's your approach to primary research sampling?
- Can you explain your experience with primary research methodologies?
- Describe your process for primary research.
Market Research Interviewer
The first interview was a phone call and it was pretty chill. They asked me about my work-life balance and hobbies. Then, there was a final interview where I had to read some survey scripts so they could check my reading, pronunciation, and other skills.
- Would you be open to working overnight shifts?
- What is your preferred work-life balance?
- Tell me about your hobbies.
Market Research Interviewer
The process was quick, but you have to be confident speaking English. You'll need to use the required equipment during the interview, so make sure you have it ready. We ran into some technical issues, but the interviewers were really nice about it.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
