I applied online and they got back to me after 3 weeks. There were 3 in-person interviews. Phone calls and in-person interviews were part of it. They also had ride along days, which was pretty unique. The whole interview process went really smoothly and the management seemed respectable.

The interview process was pretty standard for a sales position. It started with a phone call with the regional manager, then a video call with the national sales director, followed by another video call with the division sales director. After that, there was a phone call with the national training director, and it finished with an in-person meeting with the regional manager. They really focused on clinical experience and wanted to see how tenacious you are as a salesperson.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was really tough and detailed. I had lots of interviews with my manager where we talked about business strategies and sales history. I also had to figure out which accounts to target and what kind of sales pitch to use. Like any sales job, I also had to actually sell the product to my manager, the regional manager, and the VP of sales. Most of the interviews were over the phone or on Skype.
