I saw a job post for Dynamic Edge on Glassdoor that sounded like a good growth opportunity and applied online. A recruiter called me back within the week. I then came in person to the office, which was a nice business professional environment and the team was friendly. The questions asked were straightforward. Next, I had a full-day interview which I thought was a bit strange but exciting. I shadowed an account manager, starting with meetings and seeing professional development, then we went out to meet customers which was fun. The day ended with a meeting with the manager, we hit it off, and he made an offer on the spot.

The interview process had 3 parts, spread over 2 days. The first interview was pretty short, maybe 30-45 minutes, mostly focused on your general personality and qualities rather than deep dives into your past experience. The second interview was longer and had two sections. First, you'd shadow an employee from 9am to 5pm to get a feel for the daily tasks. They're looking to see how you interact with potential customers in the field, if you seem to enjoy it, and if you have a positive vibe. After that, there was a final interview with another manager to discuss your day-long shadowing experience and answer any lingering questions you might have. They'd get back to you the next day with an offer or feedback on why it didn't work out.

The interview process took about 3 weeks because it was over the holidays. First, I had a phone screen with HR. Then, I did a recorded interview using the Hirevue app. Finally, I had a Zoom interview with the CEO. Both HR and the CEO were nice and gave me good information.
