First, they gave me a test with some basic engineering questions. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager and the engineering manager, who asked the usual interview questions. After that, they showed me around the company and the different departments. Right after the two interviews, they offered me the job on the spot. The whole process took about 2-3 hours. The interview didn't really reflect what the job actually entails, and the test questions weren't related to the job either. What they say in the interview and what you do on the job are completely different.

Technical Behavioral

It started with a quick quiz to check basic engineering knowledge. Then, I had an interview with HR. She talked about the company and what they're looking for in new hires. They asked me some behavioral questions, including if I'd be open to working a third shift to meet project deadlines. Finally, she asked if I had any questions, and that was it. The whole thing took about an hour.

When I got there, they first gave me a skill test. It had questions about mechanics, basic physics, and basic electrical stuff. Then, there was an HR interview. The whole thing took about an hour. After that, they said they'd email me the details. I figure there's probably another interview after that.
