I went to a hiring event and filled out an application. Then I had my first interview with an HR rep, where they asked some simple, cutesy questions. After that, I had a second interview with the store manager and answered pretty much the same questions again, but I tried to make a good impression. I got a call that same night to set up an orientation for the next week.
