The interview process was enjoyable. My prior experience in the mid-90s at Casual Male Big and Tall gave me a lot of product knowledge. The manager showed me around the store and asked me about coordinating different clothing items. They also asked why I wanted to work for DXL, and I told them I have a larger selection and can help other big guys feel good.

So the first thing was this really quick phone call with the store manager, who asked me some super easy questions about myself. Then I went in for a face-to-face interview with the same manager at the store. We talked about standard stuff, like questions about me and why I wanted the job at Destination XL. After that, I met with the regional manager, and honestly, they asked pretty much the same exact questions.
