I applied online and was called back by a hiring manager. The first round was a general chat with HR and an aptitude test (non-technical, math and looping problems) with 5 questions. Each question took about 30 minutes to solve. They were tricky and needed full concentration. The second round was the next day, and it was rough. The interviewer cut me off a lot, even when I was explaining my work rights, telling me he wasn't an immigration consultant. He interrupted a lot during the 3 technical questions too. When I was answering the last one, he jumped in and asked if I had any questions for them. I was so glad it was over. Even if I got an offer to work with him, I'd refuse because people like him are awful. Maybe he was having a bad day. The hiring managers were kind, and the process was clear. Overall, my experience at DWS was good.

Behavioral Technical

The whole recruitment process was really professional. I had a telephonic conversation followed by a behavioural round. My only concern was though I believe I performed really well and could answer very confidently, I was not called for a peer interview as per process. I have an excellent professional background with Tier-1 consulting firms in the past. I waited for a week and called up the HR consultant who returned my call and told they are not proceeding to second round. I am still interested to take up this role, but was told I cannot apply for next 6 months to an year. I really feel I need to given another chance without being waiting that long.

Technical Other

The entire interview process spanned approximately 4 days. The HR representative was consistently communicative and very helpful, addressing all my questions throughout the process. Overall, it was a positive experience. The reason I declined the offer was due to receiving another opportunity that was much more aligned with my career path.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • A Logical reasoning test was administered, featuring a rather unique and engaging set of questions.
